At Clickportraits we strive to satisfy our customers requirements.

Clickportraits excepts no responsibility or liability for goods lost or damaged in
transit whilst being delivered to, or returned from our premises.
Creased Garments
Some fabrics may be too delicate to steam or press. Some may be too deeply creased to
completely remove signs of creasing. If we beleive that steaming may damage a garment we will
not proceed unless given consent to proceed by yourself (Clickportraits excepts no responsibility
or liability for items damaged or marked by steaming or pressing). If Creases can not be completely removed by
either steaming or pressing they will where possible be removed during digital editing.
On Completion
Once your garments / products are photographed and their images edited, you will be invoiced and notified that your
gaments / products are ready for return. Once payment has been received and funds cleared your images will be sent
out by post or transferred via FTP. Due to the large volumes we photograph each week, your garments / products can
only be held for up to ten working days after you have been notified they are ready for collection. Any garments not
collected after this time without prior agreement will be disposed of
Payment
Payment can be made by direct transfer. A sort code and acount number will be supplied on invoice. Cheques are no
longer accepted as a form of payment
Copies of all images are stored on our own secure hard drives. If you require a copy due to loss or
damage in transit these will be supplied Free of charge
