I have a passion for portraiture, fashion and glamour photography: a passion that
has been with me since my school days. It was at school that I was shown how to use a
film camera and develop the film once used. I still enjoy using film although these days
most of my studio work is done using a digital back or one of my Nikon digital cameras.
I always wanted to work in a studio enviroment and decided it was time to do somthing about it,
so with a huge ongoing personal and financial investment I set up a 30ft long studio that allows
me to produce a group, family or personal portrait.
I love the black and white Hollywood style images from the photographers of the 1920's to the
1950's. I use this style in some of my commissioned protrait work. I also love the style of the
1960's fashion and journalism photographers. My Heroes of photography include: Hurrel,Duffy,
Donovan, Bailey and Don McCullen

I write photography tutorials and offer tuitionfrom my studio and through Calumet, Manchester.

I have been working on a personal project for some time. The idea is to offer
Levitation images, exploding object images, invisible mannaquin images and walk on water images
for commercial fashion use. Using special techniques done in studio, on-set or on location these
images offer spectacular results and are suitable for Fashion product or promotion.
I have already been aproached to shoot an album cover.
Concepts include:
- A nude female levitating lay over a bath with water cascading over her body
and running into the bath.

A floating waiter serving a floating plate of food whilst pouring drinks to guests
looking nat him in amazment

A bride walking on a mist covered lake

work for fashion and clothing suppliers as well as private work.
